FAQ

Make an account, then ask a friend who's at an event to make you a code. Jotufa is invite-only — you can't browse events without an invitation code.

1. Open the app and sign up with your email.
2. Ask a friend at the event to make you an invitation code.
3. Tap Join Event and type the code.

Once. One code, one person. Want to invite two people? Make two codes.

You have to be in an event first.

1. Open the event in the app.
2. Tap Invitations.
3. Tap + in the top right.
4. Tap Generate Code. You get a 6-letter code like ABC123.
5. Send it to your friend with Share Invite, or tap Copy Code to paste it yourself.
6. Your friend opens Jotufa, taps Join Event, and types the code.

Only if you let them. Flip the toggle on the invite screen and pick how many invites they get.

Each invite you give them costs one of yours. Give them 3, you spend 4 total: 1 for them, 3 for their friends.

Open their profile in the event and tap Give Invitations. Pick how many of yours to send.

One-way only. You can't take them back.

In poke-mode events, tap the round button on a guest's card. If they poke you back, you can chat.
